Here at CIEE, we are all excited for Winter 2021 - 2022! We are thrilled to be turning our attention towards what we anticipate will be a very successful season in terms of Work & Travel USA recruitment and participation. Our international representatives already have record enrollments for this time of year – demand is very strong. Below, please find our deadlines, next steps to plan your hiring strategy with CIEE and important resources!

1). Schedule Your Call With CIEE
- Please email us at [email protected] to set up a time to discuss your Winter 2021-2022 hiring needs.
- Please include 3-4 dates/times that fit your schedule and CIEE will send you an email confirming your call with us!
2). Identify Your Hiring Needs With CIEE
- CIEE Returners: For participants who have worked for you previously (for any given year) that you’d like to welcome back, you will make offers by emailing hiring details directly to those candidates.
- RESOURCE: Our process changed last year! To make CIEE Returner offers, please follow the instructions listed below in our Important Resources section.
- New CIEE Hires: After reviewing your CIEE Returner (past employee) numbers, this is the number of additional new hires you need to round out your hiring needs for Winter 2021-2022.
- Please identify the following and have draft numbers ready for your planning call with CIEE:
- Overall number of new hires you wish to make (by location, if applicable)
- Job positions you are hiring for and the number breakdown by position
- Your needed work date range (start/end date range)

3). Log into CIEE Host Portal to reconfirm your information
- Before your call with CIEE, we ask that you log into CIEE Host Portal and complete/submit your Host Profile and Placement Profiles with updated information.

- A few considerations: Has your housing or costs for housing changed? What about your arrival information? Are your photos current? Are you Workers Compensation and Business License documents up to date?

- A few considerations: Are wages accurate? What about your start/end date range? Update the number of positions you are seeking to fill.
